My latest blog discovery, or rediscovery really, is Lindsay Nixon's HappyHerbivore.com.
I have had this blog bookmarked for a while. She shares healthy plant based recipes, lifestyle tips, has weekly meal plans, a blog, etc. I rediscovered it recently as part of my research on minimalism. Linsday is a minimalist too. Her journey of minimalism has allowed her and her husband to have a mobile lifestyle, living and working from different beautiful locations all over the world.
I realized how much Lindsay and I have in common. We have both transitioned to a healthy vegan diet and reached our ideal goal weight easily. We are both married with no children. We both left high paying stressful careers (she a lawyer, me a chemical engineer) to build a business based on helping people get healthy. We are both on the minimalist path.
She is further along than I am with minimalism, exercise, and plant based business success, so I have so much to learn from her. She is generous in offering her advice and instruction on all of these areas of life, so I am soaking it up like a sponge right now. I hope it helps me get even fitter, helps us minimalize our lives, and helps me grow a successful business.
