Exercise: Rest Day
Breakfast: Savory Steel Cut Oats served over greens, tea
Lunch: 3 potato tacos with leftover mashed potato, PD Salsa Molcajete, and PD Onion Dip
Dinner: PD Pasta with Tomato Cream Sauce and a leftover PD Garlic Lovers Breadstick

Mindfulness: Doing well, stopping when full, I think my portions have reduced a bit.
Today we are going to venture out and buy a few Christmas things and things for the house. I hope all goes well leaving our kitty at home with the Christmas tree and decorations up. He seems really interested in hanging out under the tree and batting down any ornaments he can see at the bottom. This is his first Christmas with us, I hope he doesn't go too crazy with the decorations!
Enjoy your Sunday and the last of the holiday weekend. If you veered a bit off track with your diet this weekend, it's time to get right back on track. It is NOT inevitable to gain weight over the holidays. With a bit of focus and determination, we can even lose a bit of weight and get even healthier.
