In this course, I share information on the most recent research for preventing, controlling, and even potentially reversing diabetes with key dietary changes. No calorie counting, carb counting, small portions, or exercise regimes. I share information from Dr. Neal Barnard's Program for Reversing Diabetes and many other experts. The same diet that is so helpful for controlling diabetes also has wonderful side benefits of weight loss, improved heart health, more energy, and overall well being.
