We also went to a party that was a potluck. I planned ahead and made Buffalo Ranch Roasted Chickpeas and a big batch of Pico de Gallo Especial which is featured in one of my PD-Ed classes, it is chock full of fresh veggies and was great with my baked tortilla chips. I stuck to my own PD approved dishes and added in some raw veggies and apple slices. I was perfectly full, had a whole plate of food, no issues for staying on plan at the party.
Exercise: FIRM Workout Video, I impressed myself and got another workout in before my lunch date.
Breakfast: 2 slices of PD Apple Pie with tea
Lunch: 2 vegan bean tacos from Angelita's with hibiscus tea
Dinner: Buffalo Ranch Roasted Chickpeas, PD Pico de Gallo Especial, PD Baked Tortilla Chips, raw veggies, apple slices
Mindfulness: All meals were eaten sitting down, enjoying, focusing on the healthy food and conversation with friends.
