I am gearing up for Thanksgiving week, starting with grocery shopping today. I am feeling strong with my challenge. I am going to get outside for a bit of exercise today before the temps drop again. Basically, things are going very well.
Exercise: Rest Day
Breakfast: Overnight oats with banana, soy milk, vanilla, and some probiotic 'whey' that I drained from thickening a batch of homemade plain soy yogurt, and tea
Lunch: We munched on a bunch of healthy snacks for lunch - PD Baked Tortilla Chips, PD Onion Dip, Buffalo Ranch Roasted Chickpeas, and PD Pico de Gallo Especial
Dinner: A big salad with greens, carrot, peppers, PD Spicy Bird Seed, and PD Creamy Ranch Dressing, PD Sloppy Jerry served open faced on a PD Burger Bun (I didn't have any of the brownie bites in the picture)

Mindfulness: I am mindful of eating a bit past full! I don't know that I have adjusted it too much yet. That is a goal for this week.
