Exercise: 1 mile bike ride with Riley. I exercised 3 days in a row this week. I am proud of that and ready for a few days off.
Breakfast: Overnight oats with banana, soy milk & cinnamon, tea
Lunch: More of my potato tacos, they were so delicious. 3 corn tortillas with mashed potato, PD Salsa Molcajete, PD Onion Dip, and cilantro
Snack: Cranberry Orange Muffin with hibiscus tea
Dinner: PD Asian Style Kale with brown rice and PD Awesome Sauce (homemade hot sauce). This was a great pre-Thanksgiving meal chock full of wonderful greens that protect our endothelium, the single cell lining of all of our blood vessels. So delicious too!

Mindfulness: Did well with portion sizes and sitting down and enjoying my food. I hope to have time to journal this weekend, but our weekend is pretty packed with activities with family & friends. We shall see.
Have a great Thanksgiving and focus on love, appreciation, and gratitude. I will try to do just that today as we rush about adjusting plans last minute as my poor Mother is very sick and can't get to the family dinner. I am sending her lots of love & light for healing.
