Day 15 - Thanksgiving Day
Exercise: Rest Day
Breakfast: Overnight oats with banana, soy milk & cinnamon, tea
Lunch/Dinner: PD Holiday Loaf, PD Stuff Yourself Stuffing, PD Mushroom Gravy, baked potato, carrot sticks, baby spinach.

Mindfulness: I did very well at waiting until dinner time and not snacking even though we had an odd eating schedule yesterday. It's no big deal to be hungry for an hour or two, it just makes the meal taste better. I ate less than half of what was pictured on that mounded up plate of food, because I stopped eating when I was full. I gave Simon some extra and then wrapped up what was left thinking I may eat later in the night, but I wasn't really hungry again, so I never did.
We are going over to our friends' house for cards and fun tonight. I will bring a PD snack and eat before we go, so I will be well prepared for another social setting. I am getting good at this! I hope you are enjoying a relaxing holiday weekend.
