I am so proud of myself for planning ahead and just deciding to only eat healthy on plan foods. That's really what it comes down to - making a decision. Deciding that I won't get into people pleasing and it is entirely my decision what does or doesn't go into my mouth. Easy enough concept, but it has been difficult for me all of my life to put into practice. I am so glad I am finally getting it and taking control of my food choices.

Dinner: Big salad with lots of veggies, PD Spicy Bird Seed, PD Creamy Ranch Dressing, PD Garlic Bread Sticks with PD Pizza Sauce & PD Creamy Ranch Dressing

Mindfulness: No distracted eating, enjoyed all of my meals sitting enjoying conversation with family and friends. Portions have been good, I am stopping when full.
Today is Deck The Halls at the Parsley Household Day! We are going to get outside on this beautiful warm sunny day and put up our outdoor Christmas lights. This evening we will enjoy our Christmas tradition of putting up the tree and indoor decorations while enjoying champagne and Elvis' Christmas Album (which I now have on vinyl thanks to a gift from my wonderful husband). I love our decorating tradition. Enjoy your Saturday and stay happy and healthy.
