Exercise: Another Rest Day. I had my 4 day lazy weekend, need to get cracking with some sort of exercise today.
Breakfast: Overnight oats with banana, soy milk & cinnamon, tea
Lunch: PD Pasta with Tomato Cream Sauce, PD Breakfast Brownie Bites (sorry for the pathetic picture of my frozen brownie bites, but I wanted to include a picture of everything I ate yesterday)
Dinner: PD Holiday Loaf, PD Stuff Yourself Stuffing, PD Mashed Potatoes, PD Mushroom Gravy, all served on a bed of mixed greens.

Mindfulness: I put my laptop away during breakfast when normally I would have been online. Some days my portions feel too big (like dinner last night and breakfast today), still working on this. If I ever carve out a half hour or so in my schedule, I will use my journaling technique to get some insight on this.
My week is off to a busy start. Since I had no official appointments today, I thought I would have time to myself for journaling, meditation, some alone time...then I started listing in my head everything I need to get cracking on - blog post, December newsletter (big project), visit my best friend, get a work out in, pick up the house, get to the post office, etc. etc. Not so restful anymore. So, I had better get on with everything. I will check back in tomorrow.
