Exercise: FIRM Workout Video (it's been too darned cold and icy for outdoor exercise, so workout videos it is. It always feels good to work out all of my muscle groups, even with a quick 25 minute video)
Breakfast: 2 slices of PD Apple Pie, green tea
Lunch: Pesto Burger on Ezekiel bun with greens, tomato, PD Mayo, PD Baked Tortilla Chips, PD Onion Dip with chives; PD Breakfast Brownie bites.
Snack: Cranberry Orange muffin with hibiscus tea
Dinner: Cheezy Broccoli Rice (brown rice & frozen broccoli mixed with PD Not-Yo Cheeze Sauce) with tons of Louisiana Hot Sauce, also had another muffin and a few more brownie bites after dinner.

Mindfulness: I am still doing this and learning a lot from it. I wanted some sort of snack after dinner last night, which I would have normally had while watching TV. Instead, I came into the kitchen, sat down and had my snacks and focused on what I was eating. This helped me realize when I was full, then I went and watched my extraterrestrial conspiracy theory shows :-)
Lots of starches and warm comfort foods yesterday and not as many greens or veggies, but that is A-OK. I studied with Dr. McDougall and he says to make starch the center of your meal and not worry about eating tons of greens and veggies if you are not hungry for that. Just eat until you are full and satisfied with plenty of starch and beautiful plant foods. I can do that Dr. M!
PS - The logical left brained engineer nerd part of me is a little bothered by my titles saying Day X and my whole report being on Day X-1. I think I am just going to have to let it go and keep reporting the way I have been :-)
