We took our friends to the Farmers Market on Saturday morning and picked up a big bag of 'spicy mix' peppers. We then stuffed them with Protective Diet Onion Dip with some chopped chives added, then followed the PD Breaded Mushroom recipe for breading and baking guidelines. These were so delicious! Our guests loved them. We served them with PD Ranch Dressing for dipping.
Great appetizer that brings back memories of the greasy bar food favorite, but these are actually good for you. I love eating this healthy whole foods plant based diet with delicious Protective Diet recipes that are healthy remakes of comfort food favorites.
