I am on the road this Memorial Day, heading to Brand Camp, a seminar for entrepreneurs who are growing their small businesses. It should be great for Jennifer Parsley Nutritional Healing.
Since I was on the road today, Simon & I had a lovely Memorial Day picnic feast last night. We had chia seed bean burgers on Ezekiel buns with homemade garlicky dill pickles, ketchup, mustard, tofu based mayo, and baby spinach. Served up with seasoned potato wedges drenched in malt vinegar and dipped in mayo. We also had BBQ baked beans and a cold one! Delicious!!!
We were so stuffed. All of our delicious picnic food were healthy vegan recipes from www.ProtectiveDiet.com.
I hope everyone enjoyed their Memorial Day weekend. I am so looking forward to learning all about growing my new business at Brand Camp this week. It will be a fun adventure for sure.
